Our graphic designers create a mock-up of your portrait for your artist and send it to you for approval. You can ask for modifications and upload additional photos.

Painting Begins
The artist receives the approved image and begins painting your portrait. The artist will take a picture of the portrait, called a proof, and send it to you for approval. You’ll be able to ask for any modification here as well!
Approve Painting
If you prefer, you can also pay 50% UP front and 50% upon completion.
We take cash, wire transfer or zelle payments.
Get Your Portrait
That’s it! Choose your shipping method, and your portrait will be packaged and shipped.
